Hi, Welcome to StorySideUp (SSU).
SSU was started in 2014 by Dora Harsh Suri as a platform to share positive life stories with the world.
Over the years, Dora gained rich corporate experience by working with CXOs of small and mid-sized organizations. She was solving complex people problems and working on building talent and HR strategy. However, her creative and curious mind was tempting her to explore stories.
What makes this person so successful? What made this person leave? What made this person stick around for so many years? What would this person like to get? What made this team give their best etc.
Due to other demands of her role, she could never explore the depths of these hidden stories.
Hence, since 2022, along with doing HR delivery with young corporates, she is on the journey of going behind the scenes of human behaviours and actions.
