Perks, rewards, promotions, hikes, fancy role, overseas training, all elite dinner parties etc. are all there for grabs but don’t think somebody’s gonna notice the hardworking soul sitting in the end with his geeky specs on who is either too shy to talk or considers asking as the bad thing. If you want any or all of it, you better speak up. Speak about your work, of your contributions, of how and what all you deserve. Because only if you make some noise, the provider shall listen!
